The Daniel Plan kicks off with enthusiasm and rock-solid commitment

If one thing was evident on Saturday morning, it was that people are ready to get healthy and change their lives for good! 8,100 people either logged on to their computers to watch or physically showed up at one of our Saddleback campuses to learn what it will take to break old, unhealthy habits and start living new, healthier lifestyles – and the motivation to do so was echoed in a variety of ways from attendees.


NOW is the ideal time to improve your health and The Daniel Plan is here to the rescue! Led by the cooperative efforts of world-renowned medical leaders Dr. Mehmet Oz, Dr. Mark Hyman, and Dr. Daniel Amen--and our own Pastor Rick--The Daniel Plan will walk you through this 52-week journey to an overall healthier lifestyle.


As we embark on the Daniel Plan journey together, there will be highs, lows, challenges, and triumphs. Saddleback Church member, Alex Murashko is allowing us a glimpse into his progress by letting us track his personal journey.
