I made a delicious squash recipe using acorn squash. I baked it for 25 minutes sliced in half w/ salt and pepper. Then, I cooked up organic chicken sausage w/ stir fry vegetables, and wild rice. I added tofu sour cream and mixed it all together. I stuffed it in the squash and baked it 10 more minutes-delicious! Thanks for the ideas!
