great addition to the Daniel Plan -- any chance you could provide exercises for those who don't have access to gymn equipment - perhaps show some using "bands" and/or ball and bands?

Hi Tom-I'm doing Bikram Yoga aka Hot Yoga. If you are familiar with this form or exercise, 1. can you tell me if you have any concerns about this for or exercise?2.If I'm doing two, 90 min. Bikram classes per week do I need any other exercise?Tom Miller

Hi Tom,everything I've heard about hot yoga has been very positive. However I don't feel it's a stand alone type of activity. You should mix in some cardio and strength training to create a well-rounded exercise program.
