Mom ~ this sounds like a great salad that can be prepared ahead of time. The homemade dressing good for up to 14 days. I'm going to try this salad for I'm doing the 6-week makeover body plan Ithe plan info you also have from 1 yr ago) TIP: CUCUMBER is GOOD ANTI-INFLAMMATORY for joints)!

The ingredient added as the "salt" is dulse, a sea vegetable found in health food stores.

Dressing: 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 TBS dulse, 2 TBS macadamia nuts, extra virgin olive oil
