Thanks Dr. Hyman. Very basic things to change your life. I am learning to change 50% of every meal to vegetables and fruits that are raw. I feel much better and have more energy. Next is the ritual to include the supplements into the daily routines. Thanks for all your wisdom and caring about people.Ann
