I could feel the mellowing immediately. I have recnetly been told by my doctor that i need to stop allowing myself to harbor anxiety. I look forward to taking the Take 5 method along instead. Thank you for this easy but powerful technique which my husband and I will incorporate into our daily Daniel Plan lifestyle.
