These videos on colleen are really powerful and touched me so deeply I was very surprised. I think now that I will return to my counselor for more counseling after stopping for more than a year. I must address my emotional eating. I have lost 5 lbs yet it is a drop in the bucket compared to the 65 lb more I need to lose. Seeing her tears just made me well up too and a lot of the things she said were hurts I've experienced. my mother is gone but my dad is still alive. brother is an alcoholic and I have withdrawn from both of them for 2 years now. I cringe at the thought of talking to either one of them. too many misunderstandings and verbal abuse. I feel this is something God wants me to do and is showing me that I have many more layers to my emotional onion that need to be addressed so I can be free to live the way God has planned for us all to live: abundantly. thank you for this show Dr Oz and how is colleen now? when were these shows originally aired?
