Supplements look good, Salad looks OK, Workout looks easy, I just have to remember to do it @ my office or wherever I am sitting.

I cannot get the last of the video on supplements to play!! It covers apple pectin and grape seed ext. and I am way curious what your third supplement is!! :)Thanks for the reply!

For those of you who missed the last segment, the third supplement is called Forskolin. I suggest doing some research on it. I've asked Dr. Mark Hyman to chime in too. Will comment again when I know more. David Jahr
