This is awesome! When in town my workouts do include stretching, however while traveling I just don't think of it. After a super long exhausting day I was just reading in my hotel room. I came across these videos, did Tom's stretching exercises, and I now feel wonderfully alive and rejuvinated. I recently purchased his greens and supplements. They give me energy, focus, and clarity...a very healthy alternative to caffeine. I'm feeling stronger not only physically, but also in willpower as I grow deeper in God's word. and rely on His strength. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength." Dt 6:5I love it that the Daniel Plan is a lifestyle of transformation... Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
