I just did these stretches on the floor of my office while watching them on my computer! My low back feels a little loser after just one session...and I stretch several times a week already! Thanks.

I did the stretches while the kids are playing Wii. I feel awesome after that. I will continue every day for at least 30 min. Thank you so much coach Wilson.

That was great! I just completed the right way to stretch with Tom. I feel great! Beginning tomorrow I will stretch earlier, before my day starts. This is exciting.

Thanks for the stretching exercises.I'm so glad you added this segment to the plan. Woke up feeling achy this A.M., not feeling like doing much. It was a great way to get some movement without overdoing.
