Six-Weeks Session Starts Thursday, Sept. 22, 6pm, Tent 3
Tina Pretsch is a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and serves on staff here at Saddleback Church working on The Daniel Plan and the Spiritual Maturity Team. She has a strong passion “for helping people change their lives by changing the way they think about diet and exercise, by helping them make permanent lifestyle changes.”
This Thursday, Tina begins teaching a six-week “Tae Box” class, beginning at 6pm in Tent 3. Please plan to arrive early as the class will begin at 6pm sharp. Also allow time to sign the release form if you haven’t already.
What is Tae Box? Tae Box is a combination of martial arts, boxing and dance that requires strength, endurance and focus. The exercise draws on a variety of different exercise disciplines and results in increased energy, better coordination and balance, greater strength, increased agility and enhanced self-confidence.
Who Should Attend? The class is open to every one of all fitness levels. For those new to exercise, I’ll be showing several modifications. In one hour you can burn anywhere from 500-800 calories. All you need to do is bring a towel, bottled water and a friend.
