This recording about sugar and bitter truth.I t is wonderful to me .Because when I was young real young . I started on eating sugar in my sugar a 1/2cup a day. And no one taught me about this. at 1st it started I had kidney trouble /but doctor never say I was a Diabetis. They was trying to see whyi kidney was doing that. As I got order it pop up.because no never told me about the sugar.So know when I got queit to spending time with God /And started reading rick warren book/Thank God People That has a heart after God. Then I called saddleback church about getting in a small group /And they did and that when The danielplan came up.Wow I sayGod is taking care of me. So I listen to the serious. The thing about it My doctor here did not know why my kidney is all the bad cell eating all the good cell in my kidney. But when I watch the Danielplan The Doctor and Rick warren was talking about what the sugar/white flour/bread white bread eats up all the goods cells in our body/ That when I find out what I did when i was young about the sugar i ate. I Thank God for this it really educate me oon this serious
