What do you think of activia that is supposed to help regulate your stomach? I read the fine print on the front and it contains aspertame.

I mostly drink alkaline water. It takes days to recover from one can of soda. The fact that kids are even encuraged to drink soda makes me sad. I feel the same way about sport drinks like Gaterade. What do you think?

Very strange that the dairy section wasn?t mentioned. Dr Mark Hyman thinks that you should avoid dairy products at all cost, unless you are a calf.
