Two people are better than one, for they can help each other succeed.
~ Ecclesiastes 4:9

When it comes to getting healthy, two are always better than one. The Bible says God created the universe in such a way that we need each other. In fact, the New Testament uses the phrase “one another” over and over again. It says love one another, encourage one another, support one another. The word “support” literally means to increase one another’s potential. In other words, you’re more likely to succeed if you work with friends, so you can strengthen one another.

Our research has shown that people getting healthy together lose twice as much weight as those who do it alone. And that success dramatically increases when you are connected with others, receiving constant encouragement to stay focused and motivated toward your goals.

One of our core beliefs is that “every body needs a buddy”. God never meant for you to go through life alone and that includes the journey to health. We believe you will have greater success with The Daniel Plan by joining a small group or by asking a friend to join you in this journey.
