If you're having trouble with The Daniel Plan, it might be time to start journaling. One of the biggest reasons why people don't succeed at losing weight and getting healthy is because they neglect to track their food intake and daily habits.

Journaling is a critical part of our program. It is so important that even if you are doing great on The Daniel Plan, it is a good idea to keep a journal. The participants in The Amen Solution weight-loss program say that keeping a daily journal to measure their progress is the ONE exercise that makes the biggest difference in their success.

I have made the disission to get myself healthyer, and my wife is on bord as well. We are going to do the Daniel Plan together. As of right now I problably am at 310 lbs, my wife is colse to 200 at 5'1" and we realy need this for our kids and so we can serve God like we need too and not say, I dont feel good, or i dont have the energy. Rome started with on brick, the new Nathan and Rachel will stat with 1 lds.

I co-lead a group of women I am praying that when share what I am doing would like to participate. I started last year but I was solo and not finish I did lost 10lbs and did the ING 1/2 marathon in Miami. So I hope the women will walk with me as I get ready for another ING in 2013.
