Walk & Worship meets Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 6pm at the Pavilion, outside the Worship Center.
The class is separated into 3 different fitness levels. The basic group walks the campus and enjoys basic, non-strenuous exercises. If you have been exercising, and want a challenge, the "intermediate" group may be a good place to start. We do a lot of stairs, free weights; flex cords, stretching and a more strenuous routine. There is also an "advanced group" that does interval training, running and more aggressive exercises. On Fridays we walk up the Aliso Creek paved trail as a group and enjoy healthy treats after the work-out. We share recipes, have prayer requests and occasionally get together off site. Whatever group you are in we exercise with the motivation of serving God at a higher level and lift each other up to achieve fitness goals and stay motivated!!
